Why I Want To Be Kagarko Chairman, By Arewa Man

Kagarko Local Government Chairmanship aspirant, Adamu Barde Abubakar alias Arewa Man said he want to solve the numerous problems the people are facing.
While declaring his intention to contest the election under the platform of the APC at the weekend, Arewa Man promised to be decent and play the game without bitterness.

“I am aware of the enormity of the task, duties and responsibilities of the Office of the Local Government Area Council’s Chairman. I am also aware of the desire of our people to have or install a real people’s government at the Local Government Area level or the grassroots.”

“Indeed, the demands and challenges of our contemporary life as well as the search for development, call for united action among the people as well as resolute stand and action by our people.l

“In view of the fact that this gathering is not an elaborate campaign occasion, I cannot and should not be tempted to talk or speak out of context. I am to only express my desire, declare and make my intention known to the leadership and members of our great Party, my first constituency,” Arewa Man said.

According to him: “From now to the end of our campaign activities and other allied endeavours, I promise to be diligent, decent and show decorum in all my actions, conducts and utterances.”
“I promise to go about my aspiration in accordance with our tradition of respect, dignity, decorum, justice and fairness and within the ambit of the law.”

“I believe in the spirit of “politics without bitterness”. I promise not to be guilty of hate speech, foul language or sordid utterances, just as I promise to be an exemplary aspirant and a good ambassador of our popular Party,” Arewa Man added.
“Though I am here to declare and express my interest, wish and desire only, I hope I won’t be wrong to; here and now, seek and solicit your support also. I believe with God on our side, our dreams can come to reality,” Arewa Man added.
