government will establish a database for trained artisans residing in
the state for proper coordination.

German Agency for Corporation, GIZ and funded by the European Union
(EU) programme area, Plateau state.
According to him, this development will enable the state government
know the total number of artisans and entrepreneurs with the view to
plan for them as the present APC administration is seriously committed
to empowering its people for sustainable development.
Speaking in the same vein while giving an overview of the EU Plateau 2
project by the state coordinator, Hauwa Mankilik said the objective of
the proramme is to contribute to the reduction of conflicts in the
state through increased employment and income, and strengthen the
participation of small scale farmers in potato and affordable housing
