Members of the Christian Association of Nigeria CAN, Kaura Local Government Area of Kaduna State have elected their officials to run the affairs of the association, for the next three years.
The election which was peaceful, took place at the first ECWA Church Kaura, over the weekend.
Speaking at the occasion, supervisor of the election, who is also the State Secretary of the association, Rev Dr Sunday Ibrahim urged the newly elected members to be committed and ensure improvement from the performance of their predecessors, to facilitate the achievement of set goals of the association.

The elected chairman called on members of the association to give them constructive criticism and useful advice, in order to take the association to greater heights.
Other members elected were Rev Yohanna Bitrus as Vice chairman, Rev Christopher Amos as secretary, Catechist Philip Woje as assistant secretary, Rev Nehemiah Paul as Treasurer, while Pastor Berry Jackson and Rev Irimiya where Elected as PRO one and two respectively.
