ED-EL-KABIR: KADUNA LGA SUES FOR PEACE AMONG RESIDENTS

The administrator, Jema’a Local Government Area of Kaduna State, Alhaji Yusuf Usman Mua’zu has called on residents, particularly the youth, to ensure sustenance of peace and harmony among the diverse people.
Mu’azu stated this yesterday while delivering a goodwill message to people of the area on the 2017 Ed-El-Kabir celebration.
He urged the people of Jema’a to shun anything evil and seek for unity and peaceful co-existence.
“Let us continue to love, tolerate and live in peace with one another because that is the only sure way for development,” he said.
While thanking God for the restoration of peace and unity to the area, the administrator expressed appreciation to governor Nasir el-Rufai, traditional and religious leaders, community leaders, security agencies, civil societies and Non-Governmental Organizations, for their untiring efforts aim at restoring and sustaining peace in the area.
The administrator described the contribution of stakeholders as patriotic service worthy of commendation and emulation and wish President Mohammadu Buhari, governor Nasir El-Rufai, members of the National and State Legislature, Judiciary, Executive Councils and all the Muslim Ummah happy and successful Ed-El-Kabir celebration.
Mu’azu alo called on road users, especially commercial motorists, and motorcycles to avoid recklessness driving which has lead to the killing of many people in the country.
